A year 6 leavers assembly. It starts with a generic poem about the year and the future ahead. this can be read as individual lines or as a group it then leads into a song to the track of three lions. you will need to add teachers names and some pupils names to complete the song.

A Christmas Assembly and poem. A normal family are getting ready on Christmas Eve for the big day, when they are greeted at the door by a talking reindeer. Santa has fallen off the roof and broken his ankle. so the mother takes on the mantle of Santa for one night, while dad looks after Santa. she travels the world guided by Rudolph and the gang with the help of Mrs Claus.

Here are 10 Christmas Autograph boards that friends and classmates can sign rather than send cards. print off on A3 then let the pupils select the design they like. you can then put them around the room to decorate he room and classmates and friends can sign them with festive messages etc, then send them home with the pupils for the Christmas holidays. the blank is also included if you or your class what to design their own,
An assembly on thanksgiving in different countries. USA, Canada, Liberia, Japan, China, Norfolk Islands, South Korea, Germany and Granada. Brief description of history and activities that the day involves. Plus some colouring in sheets that could be used for cards etc.
In every area of working life today we are all looking for continuous improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency and still deliver a quality product.
We are going to look at how the tools for continuous improvement can be used in the education sector to help you as leaders make improvements. The keys for continuous improvement are
Have the majority on-board with the changes you want to implement (there will always be some against any form of change).
Do not make changes for the sake of changes – changes should have value and be for the benefit of all, not a vanity project for one (even if the one is in charge).
Changes should be incremental, whole sale changes cause confusion and can lead to animosity.
The process should be fluid where all stake holders feel they have a voice in the process.
Using GEMBA, 5 WHYS, CAPA and MUDA-MURA-MURI you will have tools (and forms) to help you look for waste and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
A quick and easy form to be used after an event, course or training etc. to document what went well, what did not go well, what was useful, learnings for next time and how relevant information will be fed back to a larger audience.
RROAR and PURR. two simple guides on how pupils can check their work with a catchy name (all cat related). Also a review form to assess impact of any event to establish feedback and further progress

Can the pupils guess what is in the top five of Subbuteo, Scalextric, action man, monopoly and lego. can they see why these toys are so highly rated. it ends with a clip from lego masters on channel four.
A printout that can be used for class autographs and comments if you do not want to go down the shirt route. It prints on A3 but you can reduce to A4 if required. You can modify the word version of you want to add your schools logo to personalise it more for your school. Could be used in Primary or Secondary school as required. once printed could be folded up for convenience. Comes with poem called Autograph board
